A New Idea: One Sentence Movie reviews!

I have had the opportunity to watch a couple of these films lately that tend to lend themselves to a one sentence movie review. At first I thought this might be cruel, but it actually does the service of a regular review. For this experiment we have A.) The Informant with Matt Damon
and
2.) The Box with Cameron Diaz

Here we go!

Man, this movie was really dumb!

That's it for now folks. we might bring up this type of review in the future for stuff that lends itself so well to it like thse two films did.
Watch them yourself and judge for yourself. They hit the shelves today.

DOCTOR WHO THE COMPLETE SPECIALS

And so we bring an end to the David Tennant run of Doctor Who. The new guy looks pretty cool and I will wathc it this spring. It will be no different than when Tom Baker took the fall and was replaced by Peter Davison. Doctors come and Doctors go. We all have our favorite and they take us on some of the most wonderful adventures.
This box set gives us THE NEXT DOCTOR, PLANET OF THE DEAD, THE WATERS OF MARS and the two part THE END OF TIME.
Of the group my favorite would have to be THE NEXT DOCTOR. My least favorite? The long and drawn out THE END OF TIME. I have never been a fan of Russell Davies. The only good thing he did was bring back The Doctor. All the good episodes in the reign of Tennant were done by Stephen Moffat so it will be good to see him take over the show.
That being said, this is a wonderful box set full of extras and beautifully put together. Any Doctor Who completists will need this in their collection.
Be sure to read the little booklet that came with it. The piece by David Tennant is brilliant.
